The poll conducted to find which celebrity the fans though had the best and the worst hairstyle for the year gone by had Eva Longoria on top of the charts with Beyonce Knowles closing in on the second spot. For the male celebrities it was the sexiest man who had the best hairstyle as well… as he finished a hands down winner.

Eva Longoria was so moved when she met her longtime idol Oprah Winfrey that she couldn’t help but cry out of the tremendous joy that she felt. The Desperate Housewives star Eva confessed to Arena Magazine that the celebrity host Oprah is an incredible individual and that she has been an idol for the actress for a long long time.

And just as her idol Eva Longoria has been involved in a plenty of social and political issues. Eva is a campaigner for climate change and she says that politics is plenty fun. According to her, her interest in the social causes is out of the fact that she has a lot of passion for what she does and because she knows that these issues would make a plenty of difference to the generations ahead. Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria claims she will stay with her husband, Tony Parker “no matter what”.

She is surrounded by paparazzi everywhere she goes and is made to answer the same question again and again. She isfed up and has decided to stay with her husband forever, irrespective of any situation.

The actress, 32, admits that she and San Antonio Spurs basketball player Tony - who this week denied accusations he’d had an affair with a French model - live somewhat separate lives, but insists their independence only makes their relationship stronger

Tony and the desperate housewives star Eva Longoria say that they want to begin their married life on a good omen and therefore have set down what they believe is the luckiest date in the year – 07/07/07.

According to a report on the US Weekly magazine Tony is extremely superstitious and thus has chosen the date 07/07/07.

The two have been going around for a couple of years now and were engaged back in Novemver last year. The wedding is expected to place at a French Château. This is gonna be Eva’s second try at marital bliss where as it would be Tony’s ‘first time’… watch out for more on this wedding.

Eva Longoria has been a Desperate Housewife for a long time now and that I am sure has trained Eva well to become a housewife later… forget the desperation…that will be taken care by Tony Parker.

Eva revealed, “I’m very Bree in my life now - I bake and I cook. Tony’s a lucky guy.”

And Tony Parker has apparently turned Eva into a wine expert.

She says, “My fiancé educates me on wine. I didn’t care for wine before. But I’m not a big drinker. I actually don’t drink at all except for at dinner, occasionally I’ll have a glass of wine.”

It was the first episode of the third series of DH where Marcia’s character Bree Van De Kamp is sexually satisfied for the first time. Eva confessed that the scene was so graphic that she wasn’t sure where to look…however she didn’t mention why she was present there at all.

She says, “It’s really amazing what they got away with. When I watched it I was like, ‘What the? Whoa!’ I watched them filming that scene, but when I watched it back I was shocked. We got to get really graphic with that episode.”

Just as we come to know that Eva Longoria had been partying with pop-tart Justin Timberlake and his mom at Las Vegas… we are informed that he shot some after-hours hoops with Alyssa Milano and Eva Longoria.

At 4:00 a.m. the whole crew headed to an after-after party at the Palms’ Hardwood Suite in the hotel’s new 347-room Fantasy Tower. The $25,000-a-night, 10,000-square suite features an indoor basketball court, complete with scoreboard and locker room.

“Justin played basketball for quite a while with Eva and Alyssa,” says a source. He and about 100 other revelers “stayed there for a couple hours.”

Fellow Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher is hitched now… but I wonder if Eva will celebrate her happiness or chose to ignore as Teri Hatcher has found true love in Eva’s ex-Stephen Kay. Hatcher was quoted saying,

“I’m not single anymore. I’m totally in love and it’s fabulous.”

I guess…Eva is way to happy with Tony Parker than to be thinking about someone like Kay… thats what her rep was quoted saying.
