So the church for the wedding and the place for the post-wedding ceremonies have been fixed by the Desperate Housewives starer Eva Longoria. The pair- Eva and basketball player Tony Parker will tie the knot in the ancient church of St Germain L’Aucerrois and the post-wedding ceremonies will be conducted at the beautiful Chateau de Chantilly, a 45-minute drive from the French capital. Now for those 200 who have been invited it is going to be a fiesta and for those who are not, the feel can be had from the Bond movie- A View To A Kill. The castle int eh movie is the location for the festivities. The reports also say: “The castle dates back to the 16th century and boasts extensive landscaped gardens - will provide a fairytale backdrop to the July 7 nuptials. The wedding cake is also expected to make an impact. Reportedly being whipped up by Beverly Hills’ cake-maker to the stars Sam Godfrey, the £15,000 confection will be flown in specially. After a firework display in the castle grounds, the happy couple is then due to spend their wedding night in the luxurious honeymoon suite of the George V hotel.” But all this won’t last long as the couple will head back to work in two days time.

Eva Longoria’s marriage has been in news for almost eternity and all this looks like Much Ado About Nothing! The actress has been quoted saying there won’t be any Honeymoon for the couple and that she will be back to work after 2 days of her marriage.

“I’m heading home right after the wedding. We start shooting July 9,” says Longoria. Tony Parker and Longoria are getting married on 7th of July at the ancient St. Germain L’Auxerrois, known as the Parish of Kings. Nearly 200 people have been invited for the wedding.

Actress Eva Longoria, who will get married to fiancé Tony Parker this July, expressed her wish to adopt a child.

She was quoted by an American Magazine saying, “We both have big hearts and the finances to do it, and we want to be able to provide an environment of love and stability to a child who otherwise wouldn’t have that.” So one more the adoption band wagon!!! Sounds good but hopefully their celebrity status wouldn’t make things worse for the kid they adopt. After all money is not everything!

Eva Longoria who plays Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives hopes she gets to play a mother in the series but she also reserves her hopes till she experiences motherhood in real life.”I don’t want to be pregnant on the show until I’m pregnant in real life,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. “When I get married and get pregnant then hopefully it will be written in. So, I’m looking forward to having a family and doing that,” she added. Well she never said no to the series in spite of being single so why a clause now?

Ah well, looks like Longoria is acting pricy for her wedding! The lady has extremely expensive tastes- her wedding list has been registered at Tiffany @ Co. in New York. According to a TV show on US television, the Desperate Wives actress’ “gift list includes platinum band dinnerware for 12 and a sterling silver scalloped bowl - at a whopping $1,500 (£750). Friends who don’t want to pay that kind of money for a gift can always pick up Tiffany sterling silver cocktail sticks for just over $100 (£50).”

Hmm…this just doesn’t fall into happy things in the wedding sequence!

Well the latest sex ban that was heard from Eva Longoria doesn’t seem to be an original one. The rumors first surfaced when Longoria was being interviewed by Jimmy Kimmel, “Jimmy Kimmel made a joke about how Tony is in the playoffs, so no sex. And I said, ‘Well, good thing the playoffs go until the wedding.’ Now everyone is talking about it. Yes we are still having sex. Confirmed.” Longoria made the announcement on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show earlier this week. So all you guys how have been wondering how Eva was managing without the act and trying to get near her can jut sit back and leave all hopes.

Less than one month down the line Eva Longoria will tie the knot with basketball star Tony Parker and the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star was in Paris choosing a church for her wedding. Longoria flew to Paris with two of her friends and visited the clerical staff at St. Germain L’Auxerrois.

The church is called the ‘Parish of kings’ and is located next to the Louvre Museum. The church has a historic affiliation. The three women had lunch and then relaxed with some retail therapy at Left Bank’s Yves St. Laurent, Lola and Christian Lacroix boutiques. The day was not yet over and Eva shared the evening with her would-be mother-in-law and brother-in-law. Eva spent Wednesday working at a photo shoot for cosmetic company L’Oreal. She was expected to attend the French basketball championship finals to support T.J.’s team on its home court, the Stade Pierre Coubertin, on Wednesday night. Ah looks like it is going to be one fat wedding. Hope the pleasure stays alive for years.

Eva Longoria was seen having a great time with her girlfriends, dancing and drinking champagne at Jet nightclub at The Mirage in Las Vegas. She had reserved a booth a little away from Leo Dicaprio and Kevin Connolly’s booth. Before she caught up with her Hollywood’s most sought after hunks, she exchanged a few pleasantries with basketball legend, Michael “Air” Jordan when he came up to greet her. It looked as if the basketball player will reduce her into pieces because of the kind of hug he gave Eva. Is Tony coming for the rescue?

It is ‘no sex’ time till wedding night for Eva Longoria so that Tony Parker’s basketball team could win a championship. Giving her interview to chat show host Jimmy Kimmel she said: “Luckily we’re getting married after the play-offs and then we need to consummate the marriage. I scheduled it that way.” Parker has also agreed on this ‘no sex’ pact till the NBA Play-Offs in America. Well Parker is sure to find a desperate housewife when he weds the beauty.
